  : The location was very good, it was close to the shops, bars, restaurants and markets. Close enough to walk to the sea and various areas of entertainment. Also it was free parking which in Benidorm is a great asset.
  : Well this is quite a long list, which should assist the owners in improving the accommodation. The standard of decoration was the distressed look which wasn't to our taste. Especially the wall in the veranda area which was left un painted I assume this was to give it the industrial look, not complimentary to the apartment. The apartment had a washing machine but lacked any instructions on how to operate it. The patio veranda doors need stickers on them to prevent people walking into them when they are closed. My wife did walk into them once luckily no damage done to the glass or my wife. The bed settee was not suitable for a 4 berth apartment. It was very short and if you were over 5ft 3in your feet hung off the end. It also was not wide enough to sleep two people and it was also very hard and didn't give a good nights sleep. The agent did organise a fold up bed as we had only one extra person it was a great improvement on the bed settee but it was a little low and difficult to get into and out. Needs a bed settee which will sleep 2 people if it is going to be an apartment for 4 people. The toilet roll holder needs moving two feet to the right so you can remove paper without becoming a contortionist using your left hand to reach behind you. It needs coat hooks behind the bathroom door to hang your dressing gown etc. There are towel rails but they are very high and difficult to reach and put a towel on if you are small. There is a need for a safety handle halfway along the bathtub wall not at the end where presently is and it is loose. Also to help the disabled person or even able persons remove the glass shield on the edge of the bath and replace with a shower curtain it would be a lot safer for getting in and out of the bath/shower. Great having a washing machine but instructions are necessary to operate it. Not enough room to make all the comments.

  : Property is in a great location and clean and with all you need for a stay, however the wi-fi does not work at all. Which is annoying as had to pay for lots of data add Ons for the children.. I tried many times to contact Benidormbookibg.com but no answer on any line or email which was annoying.
  : No internet! This wasnt an issue for me as an adult switching off but was for the teenage kids I was with! Great place otherwise
