  : The noise level of the apartment with it being at the corner of a roundabout on the main road in Benidorm and also with it being so close to the hospital/clinic.Scooters, buses, lorries and ambulances going by late at night and early in the morning, meant we struggled to get a decent night sleep.Also, the air conditioning unit was leaking very badly and flooded the balcony, making it very unsafe. The couch was very old and uncomfortable to sit on, two of the dining chairs were in a poor state and ready to collapse, the kitchen was poorly equipped, it had plates which looked as if they came from a car boot sale twenty years ago, there was only two mugs for tea or coffee, glassware was poor quality as was the cutlery, which had only two tea spoons. The apartment was not clean to a standard I would expect, the towels were boiled washed and hard, the furniture was dated twenty years ago, and the bathroom had a large thick mark on the shower wall which looked like it had came out of someone's nose . The balcony had only two plastic chairs which were ancient too. And the outdoor swimming pool which looked very clean and inviting but didn't have any pool furniture whatsoever?Overall I would this apartment 2/10.
