Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that keys must be collected from the Nuevhogar office open from 09:30AM until 5PM Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours please inform about arrival time. The keys will be in a safety box next to the office. The client will be sent a code to open it. Check-in and payment must be completed prior to arrival.
