Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 8 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Apartamentos María Cristina Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that check-in after 19:00 is not possible.

Cleaning takes place every 7 days and includes a new set of bed linen and towels. Any extra cleaning required costs EUR 12 for the studios and EUR 18 for the apartments a day.

Please note that a cleaning fee of EUR 60 will be refunded upon check-out if the apartment is returned in the same condition as it was provided.

Parties are not allowed in the property.

Please note that in accordance with local laws, properties are not obliged to admit groups on stag or hen parties.

Please note parking is at the guests disposal upon availability on arrival and it is not possible to book in advance.
