  : Food, staff, pool, our first room had a view which was only a roof, it states all inclusive yet only two cocktails on the menu are included, at lunch at the bar most of the food items arent included, the food in the buffet part of the restaurant were cold

  : Loved the breakfast choice. Room cleaned every day. Very nice staff. If we had an issue they were quick to try solve it.
  : No lift to take you back up from the breakfast room but you could go out an emergency exit door that takes you out to the pool and make your way back to reception. Didn't realise there was a hill to go down to the port and shops etc when you come out the front of hotel...you can access it a bit better from the side of the pool area down steps and out a gate. But it gets locked early so you have to walk up that hill and I have some hip and back issues so it was a killer so had to take a taxi the very short ride home. Room 306 very small and basic. You'd think the 2 tables at the side of the bed and the table facing the bed would have some drawers in them for more storage and not just 4 legs with just space... Bathroom very small and tight not much space to put your things or hang anything up. Walk in shower fine. Towels very thin and hard. Nice balcony. Although room was changed each day...our floor was never swept cause the grit was on our feet all the time if we didn't use our flip flops.

  : It was closer to the beach and the marina area , thankfully, as the hotel has almost none of the activities , except table tennis
  : Food was bad , we had a dirty room (complained, got an upgrade to junior suit) it still was infested with ants , activities were mostly bingo in the evening that's it.

  : Building work opposite hotel created noise early each morning. The failure to deal effectively with a rowdy group of guests staying in the hotel who were spoiling other guests stay. Drunk at the pool, shouting and splashing water over other guests on sunbeds. Inappropriate behaviour between couples in the pool.The matter only came to a head when one of the group threw a hotel staff member into the pool. Have stayed at the hotel on 4 or 5 previous occasions, but I don't think I will be back.

  : Location is perfect, close to beach and restaurants. Pool area was lovely and perfect size for a family with kids. Staff were friendly, and there was entertainment each night should you want to stay in the hotel for the evening
  : Only issue was we had ants in the room and the glass on the balcony was loose so was a little dangerous as we had a toddler with us. Other than that would 100% stay here again
