  : Lovely large terrace with several comfortable seating areas with sun until 3.00pm in winter. Lovely side sea view but flat located up a steep hill challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Flat itself very well appointed, open plan with plenty of space.

  : The property was very good value for money, it was large very clean in terms of facilities it had everything you could wish for. We enjoyed access to the range of TV channels on the large widescreen TV. Unfortunately due to the extremely bad weather we did not make use of the large terrace however I am sure with warmer weather this would be a pleasant space with lots of room. The bed was extremely comfortable, although we did not cook in the apartment there were new appliances. It is in a good location for the beach and Marina although we found the surrounding area quite tired looking and tended to walk 5-10 minutes into Arroya del Miel which was much more authentic than the tourist strip. There is a selection of supermarkets near by offering good choice, we found MAS suited our needs best which is a 5 minute walk away. Great option of private parking in the car park below, good communication from booking.com management team.
  : Although I appreciate it is beyond the control of Booking.com the last few days of our stay was marred by noisy construction workers in 3 adjacent apartments working inside and out.

  : The whole apartment was very spacious with everything you needed can not fault a thing. Also felt very safe and secure.

  : The locations was close to public transport and a short walk to the beach and the passeo. Cafes, supermarkets and restaurants are close by. The large patio gets the morning sun. Kitchen was very well equipped.

  : The location was great, quiet, and close to the sea, groceries, and eateries. The terrace is stunning! The equipment is perfect - a washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, oven, microwave, and even a trolley for shopping.
  : Stale odor from the air conditioning system, a somewhat rushed cleaning of the apartment prior to our check-in, and a lack of basic essentials like salt, sugar, and oil. We encountered only one but rather sizable cockroach. Key collection requires a visit to the property management office, which is 5 kilometers away from the apartments. The residential complex housing the apartments does not offer a luggage room. This could pose an inconvenience, particularly if your departure is in the evening, as check-out is by 10 am.
