  : Hello all, the property is in a great location with a good view of the sea and surrounding apartments,hotels. There is enough amenities in the apartment to get you buy if you want to eat in most of the time. But restaurants, cafes, bars are only a short walk away. Also for those who are disabled it has very good access to the room and the town and beach areas, in fact I would say very good access. The weather was excellent for end of February averaging 25 c with a little wind now and then. There is a great park to walk round just at the bottom of hotel which we aptly named (chicken park) you will see when you get here. There is also a very good bar at the start of the park which has really good food and drink selections which we found as a good place to relax and watch the world go buy. Lots of seats and shade if needed. The staff are really friendly and will make you welcome. The sea front is an excellent place to walk along the beach and then relax on the way back in a couple of bars and restaurants and theres plenty of them. All real good value for every budget. Lots of shops nearby for essentials. So the question is, would I stop here again and the answer would be a definite YES. Hope this review helps everyone. Thanks mark and Wendy
  : The only thing I can say to the letting agent is - if people are on an early flight then can you try and accommodate them in to the room a bit earlier. Before 12 if possible. But this is in no way a negative factor as we just sat in the park all afternoon. Thanks

  : Very nice apartment with great partially sea and city view. Perfect for people who spend a lot of time in the city. The pool is a community pool - closed for outside people - very big with slides. The contact with the property owner was great and very quick!

  : The facilities around the resort were brilliant. Little shop, various pools, water slides, burger van, snack van, bar, even a bar you could swim to that was open on weekends. Taxi rank right outside the front gates & a pharmacy also across the way. Situated right by the park which was also lovely. Would 100% stay at the resort again, just maybe via a different owner.
  : When we arrived it took over an hour for our holiday to actually start. The people we rented the room off had not given the reception desk authorization to have the keys. We then started panicking, receptionist did not seem to bothered in helping us. I tried to message the room owners & messages failed to send. I tried giving them a call & they answered & said they would send the email right away. Another half hour went by just sat in the lobby, no staff seemed worried & we asked the receptionist if they had received the email yet, to which they had not. So we called them again & they said they had sent it but they will try again. 15 minutes later we finally were granted our keys. Then on the day of departure we had previously confirmed on Booking.com the maxium depature time of 12pm. At 11pm 3 people were hammering at the door. Told me i was supposed to be out by 10am! So I got my phone & showed them the messages of proof for 12pm. They apologised and left. Then for the next hour my phone was constantly ringing from the hotel AND the owner of the room. I answered and no one would speak back. We rush packed our things & left. Not very happy about the way we were treated at the start & end to our holiday. Just thank full that we didn't have to engage any more than we needed to with staff.
