: The apartment is located right on the beach next to a nice caf. There is sun on the terrasse almost all day, from morning to afternoon and the views to the sea and bustling beach is marvelous. In the summer months, or if it rains an awning/sunblind for shadow/shelter would be nice. The studio is light an airy and very nice to hang out in. Easy to reach by train + 5min walk from Malaga airport.
: If here was activity in the downstairs apartment, with big double width great party - and -easy sight to yours-terrasse, for us, it would have been a problem. Fortunately there was no activity.

: We booked this studio the day before we arrived and all the communications with the host was excellent. Gonzalo had given us clear instructions on how to get there and was very helpful getting us back on track when we went the wrong way, and was waiting patiently when we arrived. The studio was well planned out and felt bigger due to the clever use of space. The views were amazing as we were literally on the beachfront. The kettle broke whilst we were there and Gonzalo sorted it out for us straight away and provided a brand new one the very same day. There is a gate to the side of the building which gives you direct access to the beach, and is a great way to walk down to the restaurants and bars that are further down the road. We went out of season, so the area was lovely and quite and we were able to park outside the property (on the main road). We had a great time whilst we were there and would definitely go again
: Everything was really lovely, the only issue we had was that the room of an evening was quite cold. The only heating was through the air con unit on the wall. You could tell it was cold as some laundry I did took a couple of days to dry. The en suite was also cold which made having a shower unpleasant. However, I'm confident that during the warmer weather this wouldn't be a problem
