  : Beautiful building and location, the hallway is stunning as is the garden entrance area. Its all rather charming and quaint and comfy.
  : Sadly our jacuzzi room we booked had an issue so we couldnt actually have that room which was a shame as I really wanted the jacuzzi bath due a back condition. Alternative room was ok and the man as very apologetic but it was not what I booked. The price was adjusted on checkout but sadly that was not what I wanted. Also no coffee was available before we were heading off as the cafe wasnt open until 12noon.

  : We liked the beautiful building and interior, the staff and the location. It has stairs and an elevator. Breakfast was provided and good.
  : We were in the spa suite and the air conditioning and fridge didnt work properly. Also a light out in bathroom. We were only there one night so didnt so didnt raise the issue.

  : Typical Spanish old world charm hotel, clean and comfortable spacious rooms, we especially liked the free underground parking which was ideal due to the narrow cobbled streets and security for our Motorbike. A special mention for Antonio at reception who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and keen to practise his English.

  : Lovely building. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Great views. Spacious free garage with easy access from the street and also from the hotel garden.
  : The bath/ shower could do with refurbishment.

  : Lovely walk from the hotel to the castle. Decent breakfast is much better than expected.Very clean room, and I loved the bedsheets.
  : The walls in our room seem to be quite thin, which resulted in us being able to hear conversations, footsteps, and even snoring from neighboring rooms. This made it difficult to rest and relax in our room. We had planned to dine at the hotel restaurant, and when cheching into the hotel , I asked if the restaurant is open and was notified about operating hours. Upon arriving at the specified opening time, we were informed that reservations were required and that all tables were fully booked. We were disappointed and about to leave the hotel when a kind lady approached us and offered us the option of dining in the breakfast room. A tip for other travelers - make sure to book a table in advance if willing to dine while staying at the hotel. Wifi works only at the lobby.

  : Traditionally Spanish hotel, lovely room and comfortable, food and service was great and all staff very friendly. Located very close to the Church with wonderful view to Belmonte Castle. Very good and secure parking for our car.

  : It's a lovely hotel which we have used before
  : On this occasion, the beginning of September both the bar and restaurant were closed. Not great after a 6 hour drive from Santander.And to make matters worse we couldn't find anything open in the village until early evening.Won't be staying again.
