  : The thought of staying in a cave.
  : Our payment was cancelled and noone met us. There were cats roaming the place and everything looked deserted. The pool was green too. We waited for 20mins before leaving and was finally contacted by the host who was sarcastic in his comments. Don't bother with this .- go to elsewhere.

  : The cave house was delightful and we would love to return and stay a few days to explore the area. Restaurant and bar were good. Very quiet and peaceful location. Staff were quite friendly.
  : We needed a relatively early start to continue our journey (9.30am) and were surprised to learn when we tried to check out that reception was not open (it didn't open until 10.10am). We had been told that breakfast wasn't available until 10am the previous evening so said we wouldn't partake. But nobody took the opportunity to tell us about reception. I settled the dinner bill in the evening, but would have settled lunch at the same time had I known.

  : We had a great stay. staff was really friendly and helpful. Never stayed in a cave before. Pool was closed due to end of season. Restaurant was open on our arrival. We had a meal there and it was amazing and large portions. Unfortunately it was then closed so didn't had a chance to try breakfast. Baza was a great little town with lots to see and do. Great atmosphere and very friendly locals.
  : The place could do with some tlc. Our courtyard had bits of concrete missing. Outside furniture missing and broken. Kitchen utensils weren't very clean and miss matched.Duvets didn't have a duvet cover on
