: Good location and nice welcome
: This is a room in a shared house. Shared kitchen, shared terrace, shared everything except the room and bathroom. Not as described on Booking.com.The cold water tap in the bathroom is broken.The floor is old and dusty, not nice to walk on with bare feet.The door to the room accessed from the shared lounge and, whilst we were the only people there on this occasion, if there were other people staying you would hear every word spoken by everybody. This place didn't feel private in any way.

: The host, Jaume, was very welcoming and helpful. He made me feel at home and gave me lots of information about Balaguer and its history. This boutique hotel with 3 rooms is smack in the center of town next to the main square where Saturdays open market takes place. I had the room with direct access to the terrace along the city wall overlooking the river Segre and the new part of town. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Too bad my wife couldnt accompany me as she would have enjoyed our stay very much. Staying here provides an authentic Catalan experience.

: room was warm and had A/C, bed was comfortable and the place has a lot of character. the host was super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.
: walls and windows and doors very thin, so the room is not soundproof (better hope for good other guests).
