  : We liked the location , the gardens and pool area are lovely, the food is excellent
  : There was no general manager to make on the spot decisions the manger is based in another Hotel, nobody at reception when we arrived, and no offer to help with our luggage to our first floor room (there is no lift). We had water leaking through the ceiling into a cupboard when we reported this to the reception they attended with towels to put under the leak they could not offer us another room because they had to contact the manager who was not available they relocated us to another smaller room the following day We had to ask for a reduction in room price none was offered. The service in the restaurant depended on which waiter was on duty
