Disappointing

  : The worker at the reception at the hotel was very nice and helpful. The bedroom was good. The place was clean, even if it wasn't the most modern or newest. The location is great as long as you don't come during festival weeks due to the bar located right below.
  : The place didn't have wifi. When we asked the reception we were informed the apartments don't come with wifi. We got a partial refund from booking, but you should be aware of that when choosing. The living room furniture was almost fully unusable, both the dining and coffee table were unstable, the dining table to a point where we were scared of tipping it over. The stove top was cracked, making one of the three options fully unusable. The kitchen utensils had most things we needed, but the pan was very bad and clearly old, making frying very difficult. The AC that was provided was a machine that came with a tube that needed to be outside the window, which didn't cause an issue unless the bar was having a party. It also did not come with an instruction manual. The bathroom was fine, except for the toilet which sometimes needed several flushes, however could only flush every five minutes roughly.

  : When I was given what I originally booked it was fine
  : Location and staff. Your accommodations will be allocated by an agent in a hotel lobby. No English at all. Despite booking a two bedroom apartment I was sent wandering around the town to find a single bed room that smelt of the drains. No map no guide. Very poor system

  : Once we eventually found it and managed to get in and were moved to a different apartment because our key didnt work the place provided a good shelter for the night. The bed that sagged to the middle and was rather short with a significant gap at the top was a bit of a challenge.
  : The apartment is a considerable distance from the hotel where one checks in. The staff were very helpful and came to our rescue twice but a better system is needed. If the key doesnt work the hotel has to be able to provide one that does.
