Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and costs EUR 4.75 per 24 hours.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 3.60 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for € 12.15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Altea Buena Vista in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 75 per week.

Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 75 per week.

Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay.

Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.

Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 1000, to be charged in the case of damages.
