  : Nice location and lovely little tapas bar directly underneath.
  : Sadly there was no proper access to the roof as it was broken and no water in the plunge pool! Whilst I understand things happen sometimes, we werent notified that this was the case so paid extra for this and werent able to use them as advertised

  : The location, the cleanliness and the rooftop view. El Pont was so centrally located, you could walk to every hot spot in Alicante city with ease and all within 10 minutes. Although an outdated apartment, it was spotless. I couldn't believe it! Last but not least, the rooftop view is really something to behold. There really aren't that many other rooftops that could beat this one, in size, in view and in height. If anything, the rooftop view really saved this apartment.
  : It was most unfortunate that we stayed during a time where construction was being done IN the building and across from us. Whilst this is sometimes unavoidable, what was NOT acceptable was there was no warning, no concessions nor information provided on this. They could have either let us know, gave us some ear plugs, a discount even or better yet, an option to switch with a minimal cancellation fee. But no communications nor attempt to do so was made. Extremely disappointing and also a little unprofessional if you ask me. Additionally the apartment was definitely outdated and really small. So for the average traveller, perhaps it's ok, my husband is Dutch and I'm definitely not a small sized girl either. Probably okay for others, but a forewarning for those who are slightly above the average height (my husband is just over 6 foot and I'm 5'7").

  : No answer when we asked there is no water in the pool like on the photo. You cant use it. Its better in photos that in real. Just one glass for the wine.

  : I would recommend that for the loft apartment, there could be sun loungers available. The chairs were fine but not good for sun bathing.
