  : Hotel is located outside the city centre - 50 min walk - but has no. 23 bus service immediately outside which makes travel to/from the city very convenient. It is also a 20 min walk or 6-7 min bus ride to the nearest tram station and 20 min walk to Albuferta beach. Lovely informed staff. Very clean and rooms serviced daily. Pool and sun bathing area are good. Did not use restaurant but looked busy with good breakfast and dinner buffets.
  : Bar / coffee bar closes about 11pm but opens at 7am.

  : The Pool are was very pleasant and so was the dinning room
  : The post code for the hotel is incorrect and we found it difficult to locate on the sat nav. In the booking it says 0.8 miles from the beach. You need a bus ride of 20 minutes just to reach the Castillo. Then you have a 0.8 walk to the beach. The nearest bar is a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

  : Excellent staff. Smelly room, aircon not working, fridge not working, the most uncomfortable bed and pillows ever and you can fully hear the highway from the window which doesnt help you to sleep. staff were really kind and professional and the lobby was clean.
  : Smelly - random stains on walls - people smoking drugs around the property and smoking in their rooms - as a woman I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.

  : The staff were super friendly and helpful ! The hotel looks super luxurious and the food was amazing!! Will come back! It is not noisy at all as some comments stated.
  : It is slightly far from town, but there is not much they can do regards to that. There is a bus 23 that goes to town quite often.

  : The hotel is lovely & clean. The pool area is fab, esp on the very hot days. Theres plenty of sunbeds. The rooms are clean, light & spacious with plenty of storage, the shower is amazing, towels were changed very regularly. . The fridge is great, and theres an aldi 2 mins away. The food in the hotel is plenty, varied and always tasty. Theres a very handy bus stop right outside the hotel to take you straight into Alicante in 10 mins. Straight up the road from the hotel - 5 mins walk is a complex with resturants, fast food, shops, bowling and a few kiddy things. Great for a little change of a night.
  : There really isnt any minuses, but if i was to be picky - I could of done with more pillows. One each really isnt enough. The air con can get a bit chilly, but the room gets very hot & stuffy in the night when its hot, so a slightly thicker cover would be welcome. Free bottles of water on the tables at dinner time would be a good idea too.
