Policies

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay for € 35 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 13 years old to 17 years old stay for € 45 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Finca Raims in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.

Guests are advised to bring their own vehicle, as the property is not serviced by public transport.
