  : The house has a very good location with walking distance to Alcudia. The outdoor area is great including a nice pool and the outdoor bar. There are nice add-ons like a ping ping table and the BBQ. The bedroom in the extra building is very spacious and nice.
  : Firstly, I must mention the state of the sunbeds, which were in a very poor condition upon our arrival. The fabric already had minor tears, and unfortunately, two of the sunbeds broke while we were using them, despite us treating them with normal use. It was disappointing to have 100 deducted from our security deposit for the damaged sunbeds, considering their initial condition. This discrepancy in the deduction left us feeling unfairly treated. Additionally, the last 500 meters leading to the property can pose a challenge for inexperienced drivers due to the narrowness of the road. It would be helpful to include a note or warning in the listing to prepare guests and avoid any unnecessary difficulties upon arrival. Furthermore, there was an incident where the owners arrived unannounced when a delivery of new sunbeds was being made (without knowing that the sunbeds were broken). While it was understandable that they needed to oversee the delivery, it would have been appreciated if we had been informed in advance. Clear communication regarding such visits is essential to maintain privacy and avoid any potential inconveniences for guests. Moreover, the house itself proved to be quite noisy, and the beds were rather uncomfortable. Additionally, the three bedrooms in the main house were notably small, which affected our overall comfort during the stay. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that there is a neighboring property with a rooster that starts crowing as early as 6 am. This can be quite disruptive for guests who are sensitive to noise or prefer to sleep in. It would be helpful to include this information in the listing to set realistic expectations for potential guests.
