  : The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a nice stay. The kitchen is quite well equipped, the main bedroom is very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Parking was always possible to find on the nearby streets. The location is mainly good - really near to the beach, but in a quieter place than the city center.
  : One side of the property faces a huge empty space and a road, at least on Saturday night the parties should be expected :) the overall size of the apartment makes it more comfortable for 2 people, we've been 4 adults and a bit too small space.

  : Perfect location for what we needed as a group on a cycling holiday. Easy to get to, near to the bars and restaurants, modern and clean room that was cleaned every day.

  : The receptionist was very nice and with a clear explanation of things we wanted to know. Easy to park near to the reception. A swimming pool in front of the apartments.
  : I did not like the surroundings. I saw supermarkets and normal flats around the apartments. It did not give me a real holiday feeling, although the apartments were comfortable and clean.

  : The apartment was very nice and bright. The kitchen was just enough and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment was also very clean and the staff at the reception nice and friendly. It was a 3-minute walk from a wonderful beach and small cafs and restaurants around.
  : If I had to mention something bad, it was just the water pressure of the shower and the unplanned temperature change. It sometimes got boiling hot out of nowhere. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs since the walls are a bit thin, but I had no issues.

  : Our apartment was ideal for 4 people. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great shower in the bathroom and great facilities in the kitchen which enabled us to cook meals each day. Cleaning staff were excellent and changed our bed linen and towels regularly. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and sun loungers were perfect for throughout the day and the beach was less than a 5 minute walk from us. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance also.
  : Not a complaint, but Olive Beach Apartmentos do not have a restaurant, bar or shop, therefore do not serve breakfast. This was not an issue for us as we knew they did not offer any of these amenities but might be an issue for other people. A few ants came in underneath our front door but nothing extreme - we were able to sweep them out.

  : Spacious, well equipped appartment, close to beach and amenities and a pleasant 15-20 minute stroll into either Alcdia Port or Alcdia old town for dinner. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. A perfect base.
  : Patio door was very tricky to properly close and lock.
