: The property had everything we needed at more for a week beach holiday in Mallorca. Clean and nicely decorated, comfortable beds and loads of amenities- washing machine, dishwasher etc. check in and out was seamless, host kept in touch with important info by WhatsApp. 10 mins to Alcdia beach. Shared pool is nice, can be busy at times but we also had periods where it was really quiet and just us there!
: We didnt not like anything. The only thing that I can think of for making the stay even better would be more recommendations in the visitors book (restaurants , places to visit, supermarket etc) and that the shower pressure isnt great which can make getting the sand off after a day at the beach tricky.

: Easy contact with the owner, apartment was clean upon arrival. Supermarket at 5 minute walk, beach 10-15 minute walk. Enough restaurants and also busstop nearby (5 minutes) The neighborhood is not so busy as in the harbor area or playa del muro
: Price/location/quality. The area around the apartment is not so clean; neighbourhood is old and can use some maintenance and clean up. We expected (according to the pictures) a much more luxury area for the price we paid. Only a few seats next to the swimming pool which were most of the time taken. Only one AC in the living room, not in the bedrooms....we used the ventilatores the bring fresh air to the bedrooms. Low water pressure in the evening, just enough to take a shower. Small terrace, on the foto it looks much bigger. The apartment itself, beds, kitchen, wasmachine, tv etc. were good, but we stayed also in a 3 star aparthotel in pollensa which was way much cheaper and in a five star in calla ratjada which was a little bit more expensive....so the apartment is good, but not for that price (+/-1900 euro for a week) if I compare it with the two hotels we stayed in too.
