  : Location, facilities, and staff were excellent.the view from our room was stunning.
  : We had noisy neighbours a couple of nights. Walls are thin !Street parking was OK at this time of the year, but could be a problem at the height of the season

  : Facility was modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. The adult pool was especially nice.
  : Reception staff was very disappointing. Not capable. It was a frustrating way to begin our little getaway. We've stayed at dozens of various hotels all over Mallorca and Europe and always a digital photo of our passports, or just the numbers, was sufficient to check into the hotel. But at this hotel they wanted 2 physical passports (not photos). They had trouble finding the passport number on the documents.. It took 3 people to figure out how to check us in.

  : Absolutely beautiful destination, beautiful beach view, staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Facilities excellent, plenty of sun lounges, always somebody on hand to take your food or drink order, either by pool or beachside.No pubs or restaurants nearby and its a 15 minute walk to the old town. A fab destination for a relaxing holiday. Taxis expensive especially when you want to go further than old town.

  : The breakfast and the dinner was really great with various meals! The view from the balkon was amazingly beautiful:) A nice private beach part belongs to the hotel. There you can sunbath, swim and enjoy the view under mediterranean trees.

  : Beautiful location for a 'sun, sand, and sea' holiday. The hotel provides two outdoor pools - one for families and one for adults. The beach is a minute's walk away if you prefer the sea. All ages are welcome, and reasonably good for families. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
  : The hotel seemed tired and a little worn out after a full holiday season. The rooms showed wear and tear to the paintwork and furnishings. They are much smaller than what appears in the photos. There was no laundry service, so had to resign to washing things out in the sink. No usable hangers were available to dry clothes and towels on. The sauna and gym were closed due to staffing problems. There was live entertainment provided every other night, but very loud for those that wanted quiet or had small children. The half-board menu was good, but again felt tired and un-inspired. On some nights it was very, very good - and on others fairly poor. The hotel staff did their best to make everyone comfortable and happy.
