  : The position of the property was amazing overlooking the Marina, and the outside terrace was perfect.
  : There was only one air conditioning unit in the lounge. The aircon unit was outside on the wall in the terrace and the pipe leading from it dripped water continuously into an 8 litre plastic bottle which overflowed. Luckily we were able to find another plastic box to stand the bottle in which caught the overflow. we emptied it regularly when we were in. This was a big nuisance.It was reported.

  : No heating and the property was very coldwaiting one hour outside in the cold and rain for a replacement key. the agency gave us the wrong second key so we were locked out. the man who eventually arrived with the correct key offered no apology. very poor service on this regard even though the mistake was the property agency
