  : Staff is really kind and helpful, they care for making you feel welcomed and comfortable.
  : There is no room service!! Even though this supposed to be a 4 stars hotel, it means that after an exousting flight or a long road trip you have to walk all the way to the reception even for the most minimum thing you may need. There is no dental kit available in the room, and not even water in the tea station, something I haven't ever seen before, not even in hotels in Nepal or India, so you are forced to buy water bottles that of couse you have to go and looking for yourself in the reception. The shower turns the water flow cold systematically every 30 seconds which makes your shower time really uncomfortable, I cannot imagine in winter. Overall the conditions particularly the lack of room service doesn't correspond to a 4 stars Hotel, for this price you can easily find a hotel in the very heart of Madrid, in La Gran Va for example, with room service for sure!

  : First of all charging 1.50 for a tiny 125ml cup of milk for a baby that comes off the (free) breakfast buffet is outrageous.Secondly twice I was told my card "didn't go through" and paid with another card only to find today I was double charged for two purchases too small to bother making a fuss over.Three - you order a cot, it is reasonable to expect a cot. When you check-in and are told there isn't a cot but instead a second sofa-bed (for a 3 month old!?) is annoying, but we asked for the cot three more times and it never showed so just slept with the kids one in each bed with us. Very poorLastly, small gripe but I get the kitchen opens at 6.30pm but is it too hard to take the order before 6.30 so the mother with two small kids doesn't have to come back to the bar? Little details really let this place down
