  : Rooms dirty bed linen had hairs in them , cushions on bed had stains , no toilet paper , bedroom widow didnt lock and blind didnt go fully down the gym across the street have a flashing light which stayed on all night ?and we were on the ground floor , there were people in the room next to us fighting all night and early the next morning, myself and my daughters checked out the next morning we didnt stay for the next night , and I booked another hotel as we hadnt slept all night because of noise and dirty bed linen , and when we raised these concerns to the girl at the desk she abused us and followed us out on to the street and continued to abused us . This is not a hotel as advertised but more like a hostel

  : Perfect location in heart of city, closer to historical centre but quiet and comfort Area, very welcome staff, ready to help. Room clean, basic things there! No breakfast on side, but many cafe around

  : Location. Just a short walk to the town centre, including the Plaza de Cervantes. Great atmosphere in the town during the weekend. Bathroom looked to be newly refurbished. Compact, but nice. Friendly staff. The bedroom was a small single, not luxury, but very good value. My second time at this hotel. Booked again for July. Aircon worked very well.

  : The location was very close to public transit which made it easy to go into the city. It was also near various tapa bars and cafes. The staff were kind and helpful. Affordable place to stay for a weekend.
  : I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I could also hear loud snoring throughout the night because of the thin walls which was not the best. The bed was not the most comfortable.
