  : We found it a little difficult to actually locate the hotel. Had we approached it from the other direction it would have been easier. It was a little difficult to actually find out what we had to do to check in. It was actually in an adjacent property. The evening meal we had was extremely good.
  : The pictures of the property on the booking.com site was nothing like the room we had. It was not a problem but it may have been a disappointment to some clients.

  : The place and the project themselves are very good. There is still a lot to be done to make it work well.
  : Staff is terrible. I booked a room with kitchnette and there was none. When I asked about it they said it was a mistake from booking so they wouldnt help me, even after I showed my booking details and said I had a 1 year old baby to feed and needed to cook for her. They said they had none available (although I could still book online the ones they said it had kitchnette) and I really had to raise my voice to have them do something about it. Then they wanted me to pay the difference, which ai refused cause I had payed for kitchnette in the first place. Funny enough, next day when paying for my dog, they charged 20 (!) and the invoice description for it said double room.

  : unhelpful receptionist took an hour to get in our room.got blocked in so couldnt leave in the morning they tried to put us in a small room instead of an apartment that we booked we ended up in a disabled room
