  : Great location, easy access to promenade. Lots of restaurants close by if you are on a B&B basis.
  : The balcony had curtains for privacy however some of them were falling off the rails (not just in our room - could see the neighbours too) floor on the balcony was dirty - needs to be steam cleaned. We had the Christmas night meal in the Poseidon Restaurant, there were only 8 other couples, no atmosphere, lights too bright, food was rushed, 6 courses in less than an hour and a half. Disappointing.

  : Hotel was peaceful and food very good most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating but there was the odd few that weren't. My wife is disabled so we tend to use room service a lot and I thought the selection of food available was very poor.
  : Room service menu was poor the main restaurant was only open a few days per week. I was turned away one night for not wering shorts then next night after i purchased long trousers I was annoyed to see several people wearing shorts.

  : we had a lovely sea view and heard the ocean at night. The room was nice and big. Access to the boardwalk was easy and the pool area was lovely.
  : Many stairs and levels and great big facility, we couldnt find the Grand Salome because we were unaware that it was located inside the other iberostar Hotel.

  : Most things, I did not like mandatory wearing of masks. I went to dine once having forgotten my mask, I was ordered back to my room to get one, (a long journey) instead of handing me one.

  : great location and very quiet and private setting, excellent breakfast and some nice treats served throughout the day, the butler service was useful although they are like all hotels still recovering from the pandemic with some new staff learning the ropes.
  : the lunch menu didn't offer any lite snacks for the pool bar which was a shame, otherwise, everything was great

  : The location was amazing and the pool was very warm. The activities and entertainment were excellent and by far the best of all the five star hotels we stayed in ( we stayed in three this visit). The views and room itself were modern and clean and well attended by staff. Drink measures were generous.
  : The food was poor and did not have gluten free options readily available. The restaurants likewise. We opted to go out for breakfast for most of our stay after trying it for two mornings. The availability of food was also another option and the staff were apologetic but did very little about it. The water in the main pool ( where I attended the aqua aerobics) was very cold for a heated pool.
