: place looks beutiful from outside but this place was cockroach infested i left 3 days early to have to book in another place as it was crawling
: the cockroach infestation was horrendous people need to know about this as they could end up paying twice for there accommodation

: Location ideal for walking to LAmericas, etc. The property was impressive especially the pool. Id give 5 stars if the perimeter fence was replanted with trees or bushes just to keep it private. Barbecue was used however in full view of overlooking properties. The villa is much larger and grander of those around you feel everyone is watching you. Evidence of some tree removal but no replacement. Location, especially with the pool and garden area is exposed to other properties around the area that could very easily be solved. Internally the property is clean and well maintained with few signs of wear and tear. Maintenance was daily and the two chaps were friendly and helpful. Local restraints were good.
: The area around the property needs more trees or bushes to make it more private. A busy road and properties around the villa have views into the garden and pool. I was expecting more privacy at the rate charged. The water park is directly opposite so some form of sound barrier (trees etc) would absorb the noise and those peering into the property.

: The garden and pool were fine. The house was clean. The staff was very kind and helpful.
: Weak wifi; it only works in a few places. Signal amplifiers would be needed. Little kitchen equipment. The oven didn't work. There were no shelves in the overhead showers. The hair dryer was unusable. The toilet tank above was often not closed properly. The front always reaches down when pulling up with the car because the bench is very high and not paved with concrete.
