  : Loved the place! So relaxing - food was outstanding. For a salad lover, I was never let down! Facilties were great, and staff are all lovely.
  : The gym is too small and could do with some extra weights and better bikes. This would give it 10/10 for us.

  : nothing really, both during stay and after that we felt we lost time and money by staying there. benign all inclusive can be a plus, but staying more than two days, can be very boring as you find yourself in a repeating loop of food and activities . plus , drinks are not the best, just fine . restaurants : large restaurant with indoor and outdoor tables, food was diverse and good, but they serve samething everyday , so maybe for a day is okay.
  : poor quality hotel, very old environment : very crowded, noisy, despite being very large but can be boring after two days. Staff: long suffering maids are working around the clock to keep the old facility shiny, several desk for reception ,but you gonna end up waiting for someone to talk to you for few good minutes. particularly there is a lady whom you find yourself apologetic when she talks to you too bossy ! Room: large room , but everything is scuffed and too old, bathroom had a rusted bin , and AC made pounding noise, took three nights to send someone to look into it, and meanwhile they kept refusing to change the room for us and insisted AC is okay. Location: far from everything, you need a ride in plan going outside. activity : maybe young kids find themselves entertained, but nothing for adults.

  : I travelled with my two kids (7 and 9), and we had a wonderful time here! The hotel is really nice, the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained and we also enjoyed the swimming pools. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. We absolutely loved eating outside on the terrace, at sunset, with live music (you would think you were in a five star hotel). Also, some of the evening shows were simply amazing!! We really enjoyed our stay here!
  : It was really difficult to find a sun lounger at the swimming pools. The food was good but the desserts could be much better (in fact, we didn't enjoy the desserts at all).
