  : -the pool, the location, staff at the restaurant and the lady at the pool were really nice. I did not mind waiting to be seated at the restaurant, it was never more than 5 minutes and it is better than sitting at a dirty table.
  : -the apartmant was spacious but dirty, especially the floor and the mirrors in the living area. Since we have a baby that is on the floor all the time, I had to ask for the floor to be cleaned. The lady at the reception was visibly irritated, not even an I'm sorry or anything. Not cleaning the floor after previous guests, that should be a bare minimum. It was cleaned very good that one time when I asked and never again. -I have to say that the employees at the reception were rude, always with grumpy faces, no smiles, no hellos. You are the first and last faces people see, shame, very unprofessional. All other employess were great. At the arrival my husband asked if our room was quiet, the lady at the reception said yes, but she forgot to mention it was overlooking a big bussy roundabout and construction right in front of our balkony-we also had an encounter with cockroaches at breakfast and some stomach problems, as I read in some other reviews. I keep seeing an explanation that that is a common problem at Teneriffe, but we have been coming for 10 years and never heared of that.-please change the baby bed, it is full of holes, it is a 50 investment-I could go on since I am also in a hotel industry, but I think this is more then enough to explain why I wouldn't recommend this hotel and would not stay here again

  : We had a two bedroom apartment that was lovely, we also had a large balcony at the front and back of our apartment that meant we could enjoy the sun or hide from it whilst enjoying a drink outside. The pool area was great and the pool bar offers reasonably priced food for lunch. The half board was perfectly adequate, always able to find something that all of our travelling party could enjoy. All of the staff where really friendly

  : Great location, pool and the pool bar staff were brilliant
  : The staff on reception are the rudest people we have ever met, they do not welcome you, are rude and abrasive in their communication. This is our second time at the hotel and we thought the rudeness of reception staff was a one off so we re-booked and they were worse this time! They are letting down the rest of the hotel staff and facilities which were very good
