  : It was already fishy that it's not possible to pay by card, they send a fishy email in German that you need to transfer (obviously more money than it is on booking) to an account, with a 5 page long contract in German. They don't reply to phone calls nor emails. So as it turned out after booking, they charge an extra 60 eur for the cleaning. That's OK, we would have been fine with that, BUT the story starts here: we cleaned the apartment and put all the trash together, and left. This is where the ridiculous part starts: I received a phone call, that I need to drive back!!! to the apartment (we were I hour away already) to bring the trash down... I was asking, why we've charged then 60 eur for the cleaning, and their reply was that taking care of our trash is our responsibly, and we BREAK THE CONTRACT, and there will be rightful consequences if we won't drive back. Such a nice way to end a holiday! They expected me to put the trash in my car and drive it, or I don't know, as obviously there were no trash bins at the apartment (or at least that is what the cleaning lady? more like monstrosity) told me when I got back. This is something I would have not expected in my wildest dreams. On top of this 'slight' inconvenience, the cleaner was the rudest person I've have ever met, she called us names, filthy, etc. all in German of course, as she might have thought I don't speak the language that well, and she believed that I don't understand? I don't know, but after this, I told her, that we expected to receive a service in return of our money extra charged for the cleaning, but her reply was that she don't get that money, and she does not care. Then I said then we won't come here again, and she said it's her pleasure, she wishes that we won't come again. All due to that we haven't brought down the trash we packed in plastic bags and left it under the sink, where the trash should be.
