: It was great to be close to natural wonder places and to be in touch with natural life.
: Unfortunately, central heating was not working. The room was really cold at night. There was also a problem with hot water. Unfortunately, there was no hot water at the level to take a shower. The flow rate of the water was also incredibly slow.

: The location.
: We had to pay an extra 10 euros for towels (2 bath & 2 hand) and WIFI was also extra money. We rented the apartment but were then told we could only use one of the bedrooms. There was no heat turned on (we stayed in mid October) it was cold. She did ask if we would like the heat turned on but if towels cost 10 euros we were afraid what the heat would cost!

: The cleaning fee according to booking was included , however they charged us an extra 5euro per person upon arrival as cleaning fee, and the location is not very convenient , far away for center, a car is needed to move around.

: The people were very welcoming and helpful, the location was picturesque and the on-site farm shop was an added bonus.
: At first the water pressure wasn't great. However, a new system was installed while we were there and it improved significantly.

: Good location.
: I booked a 3 bedroom apartment and upon arrival I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. For me this was a deal breaker. When I spoke to the owner the best she could do was tell me that the 3 bedroom apartment was not available. I needed to ask Booking.com for their support. It was only after Booking.com contacted the owner that she provided a 3rd room in a different building on the property. Additionally the first 2 days of our stay, our apartment was filled with wood fire smoke - I did not consult with the owner about this because I was prioritising to get the 3rd room issue resolved. I will never stay at this place again and will never recommend it.
