WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children from 6 years old to 16 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Children 17 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Ostsee-Kate in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
If you expect to arrive outside of reception opening hours you are kindly requested to inform the property in advance.

After booking you will receive an email from the property which will specify the instructions for the payment and collecting the keys.

A final cleaning is included in the price.

Please note that there are several differently cut apartments of each category. However, all apartments have the same style furnishings.
