  : The view being on the 5th floor and a minute from the bike park.
  : On entry the flat appeared spotlessly clean except there were 20 dead flies around the table in the living room and at the window. On sitting on the double bed on day 3, the bed broke! On inspection it had broken before but was poorly repaired, so an accident waiting to happen. This required my husband to move rooms and sleep in a bunk bed with our son! No compensation was offered on telephoning the helpline on the Sunday. On the Monday, we purposely waited to speak with personnel at the Winterberg Apartment office in the town. The lady was most unhelpful and arrogant and told us to put our complaint in writing. The booking.com website for the property also had a picture of a welcome card and bottle of wine. This was not present or offered. A nice touch offered at 3 other properties we've used in the past. Generally dated furniture in the master bedroom and the bathroom was the original from the late 60's. Pricey given the problems and no WIFI, though the details make that clear.
