  : Nice location. One waiter at brunch was friendly and the lady at checkout, too (got to mention those positive examples).
  : This place is pretty badly managed, thus it basically lives purely from its location. Unfriendly, grumpy staff, shouting between staff during buffet, a main waiter trying to talk you out of a-la-cart to sell the buffet which is of mediocre quality (this would likely extend to any other side order). Grumpy reaction when I asked for a coffee during breakfast (only single brew offered, no specialities such as cappuccino ). The checkin already started unfriendly. Room itself was just not clean: bathroom towel holder with yellow spots (likely rust) and damaged surface all over, black fungus in the shower and dirt spots on the curtains. Badly managed but good location.

  : Very large room and bathroom on the ground floor with a little outside patio. Plentiful on site parking in front of the hotel. Hotel located on the banks of the Mosel River and easy walk into the town.
  : Room smelled of smoke and although the hotel was nearly empty, we were given a ground floor room without a good view of the Mosel River and next door to the main road. We suspected this might have something to do with the fact that we paid via the booking.com wallet system (applying a credit), and not directly with the hotel. Further niggles continued. Although we were eventually given a kettle (which we had requested in advance), there was no offer of cups. We ate in the hotel restaurant (the town being almost closed at the end of February). Food was passable and large quantities, but not of a high culinary standard as claimed. Unfortunately, we realised later that we had been over charged for one of our main courses (charged for the most expensive, rather than the least). We did not have breakfast.
