After booking, you will receive a separate booking confirmation from the property with all information about the check-in and key transfer.

20% prepayment is to be transferred immediately after booking. The remaining balance, security deposit and tourist tax must also be paid at least 14 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation, the landlord will try to rent the property to someone else. If this is successful, the cancellation fee will be EUR 50. If a further rental is not successful, 80% of the total price is to be paid as a cancellation.
