  : The information provided by the hosts prior to arrival and departure was on time, clear and accurate. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We didn't need much help because everything went smoothly. Easy self/contactless check-in and check-out. At the house a PIN-terminal is available to pay your booking by debit-card (the host will visit and arrange that later on during your stay). Easy access to the plot and the holiday house by car. A parking lot for guests is available on site free of charge; ignore the road-sign which indicates that you are not allowed to drive in ('Verbot fr Fahrzeuge aller Art' (StVo-Verkehrszeichen 250)) to be able to reach the parking lot. Between sunset and sunrise outside lighting switches on automatically and makes it easy to find your way to and around the house; very welcoming and practical! Two front doors (one on level 0 and one on level -1) which can be openend by code give access to the internal staircase which connects the living room (i-Radio) and kitchen (level 0), sleeping room (TV) and bathroom/toilet (level -1), sitting room (TV) and toilet (level +1). The interior and exterior of the house and its surroundings including the very spacious garden with terrace are maintained by the owners/hosts in perfect condition! The house is fresh and sparking clean and for two guests more than spacious. A semi-automatic pellet heater keeps the house on a pleasent temperature. The kitchen is compact, conveniently arranged and well equipped. Dishwasher, oven and Nespresso-machine are available. Dishwasher tabs and even coffee and tea are provided. The beds are good and the shower is perfect. Rather stable medium-speed WiFi/WLan is available for free. From the three balconies (level -1, 0, +1) you have a lovely view upon the scenic surroundings and the brook which streams along the garden.
