: Its a beautiful hotel , great breakfast , nice rooms , the wellness & sauna quite good specially the room to relax , big and comfortable .
: Breakfast could have more fresh fruits and the quality of the coffee/ coffee machine is not good , coffee comes out not hot . We stay at the hotel over the weekend and could see the difference between Saturday and Sunday at the sauna & wellness area: Saturday sauna was on all the time , tea service , fireplace on . Sunday when we came at afternoon sauna was off and was told us that was broke and nobody was there to repair no tea anymore, no fireplace on because were much less guests at the hotel we had quite to fight for our right as we had already paid for the wellness / sauna after a while then somebody came and made the sauna work and wanted to offer us before instead a drink or a cocktail to replace the no sauna work but for such high quality hotel and seen that guest had already paid for the service this cannot happen as we can use the wellness/ sauna area as said to us till 21 oclock and so should be at any day of the week despite less or more guests and was not nice been trough that as we were there to relax , this procedure is not fair with the guests !!!
