  : The location directly at the central place of Torgau with a view of the Renaissance town hall is unbeatable. Parking available directly behind the hotel (but slightly challenging to get there if you're standing in front of the hotel). Windows very well insulated, no sound from outside.
  : The bathroom was cramped and the shower accordingly tiny, some hairs from a previous guest. No way to plug the washbasin. The restaurant is OK, but nothing special.

  : On a very warm day the air conditioned room was very welcome despite there being no remote for the system.

  : Room is big enough, clean, quite, and with a nice view to the market place. Breakfast exhaustive and excellent.
  : A lot of aged guests in the hotel, and even some staffs, did not apply sufficient COVID-19 preventive actions: people wearing masks were rare in the hotel, as well as everywhere in the town and in the restaurants, where the staffs don't wear the mask neither. Breakfast remains with the buffet contrary to all other hotels I went recently, to prevent that people with no mask and no gloves would contaminate the food. A shame! TV only has German channels, which is abnormal for such place. Pillows are too soft for that stiff mattress. No water pressure in the shower.

  : Hotel location was perfect, right on the plaza. Bit of a walk from the bus stop. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful architecture in Torgau.

  : The location is pretty central, situated in front of the Old Market. All the touristic attractions are located within walking distance from the hotel. The tourist information centre is right in front of the hotel, on the other side of the square. Pharmacy, banks, bakeries and restaurants can be found around the hotel. The hotel is big, has a vintage look, and can be pretty labyrinthic during late night hours. The reception will allow you to store your luggage if you arrive before check-in. Also, there is a park for your bike inside the hotel -- no need to leave it on the street.
  : I could point out some minor improvements and corrections; however, given the reviews left by previous guests who stayed in the same hotel room (reviews with pictures), I believe the staff is already aware of the circumstances. I'm sure that the next I visit this hotel, all these corrections will be already in place.
