  : The hotel seem totally new and have a high standard, very clean.
  : The staff was not very friendly. The room we got was nice but towards the back without any balcony and view. The WORST thing was that they charged 5 extra to sanitiz the room because of covid, was the only hotel in Germany during our 2 week trip that did that, very greedy for a already expensive hotel that was fully booked and had a full restaurant. When we questioned this the staff told us "because the management have decided it"....

  : We stayed 4 days at the hotel. Excellent location close to the lake. Nice spacious room (not like the too tiny one two years ago) very bright, side view on the lake, with great mosquito net window (needed !) and sun shutters. Bed really very comfortable and large. Spacious bathroom with convenient walk-in shower. Friendly staff.
  : The food at the restaurant does not match the hotel, rather very much similar to a self-service of some supermarket restaurants My canteen at work is far better. In addition the hotel guests do not have priority for table reservation (like it is the case in all hotels with a bit of standing) over passing-by customers and you have to struggle to get a reservation several days in advance, with no place on the terrace guaranteed Many large groups of persons not staying at the hotel, which ruins a bit the charm of what could be a cozy place. And if you like to stay a bit later in the evening to sip a drink on the terrace this place is not for you: closes at 22h00, and you already feel pushed out around 21h30. Many wasps during the day (5 at once at our table), and many mosquitos in the evening. The fabulous breakfast is indeed diverse and abundant but real coffee comes at extra charge, the food is clearly not homemade, everything rather like an average chain-hotel breakfast. In addition, they did not bother mentioning to us that breakfast closes at 10h00 and not at 10h30 on Sunday like the other days, which caused quite some inconveniences, and when I complained about that no regrets were expressed at all. And anyway Sunday is clearly the day of the week when you want to sleep out and have late breakfast The lift sometimes does not work. Parking slots are very narrow, I got scratches on my car !

  : The location is great and the see in front holds one of the cleanest waters in the area. Rent a boat and enjoy the summer
  : A million mosquitos and no ventilation in the room. It was impossible to sleep with the summer heat.

  : Everything was very nice, room. location and breakfast. Very peaceful and relaxing sorroundings.
  : The short opening hours of the restaurant. Dinner is only until 21h and there is no other option to have dinner in the sorroundings if you come not so early from the airport. Breakfast does not start until 7am. In fact we were 8/9 rooms having breakfast at that time. No industrial area nearby ( what makes the hotel very relaxing) but on the other way and if you travel on a business trip the opening hours become an issue here.
