  : Breakfast was very good, homemade bread included, fresh fruits and vegetables, all kinds of charcuterie, cheese, eggs in all possible elaborations, really good. Most of the staff was very friendly, although with difficulties in communicating in English. The facilities in general are good, although the different phases of renovation of the hotel do not quite fit.
  : I did not like the fact that the general information about opening hours and different hotel rules was only in German. The quality of the dinners varied a lot from day to day, the fact that we were not well informed about the timetable meant that on the last day, when there was a free buffet, we went at a time when there were not many dishes left and they were not replaced. In general the staff was friendly, but the last day they denied me honey because it was the last day before their vacation, and they proposed to add honeycomb to the coffee, I did it and it was one of the worst coffees of my life.... They charged for drinks that they brought by mistake, they charged for a cheese buffet by mistake, although we had asked how it worked they did not understand the question and we ended up paying for it ourselves. Also for being the last day we could not use the outdoor pool or sauna, even being regular hours of use, well, now I know, I'll be back, but I will not give in to my rights.

  : Fantastic location, very quiet, in the middle of nature. Outdoor pool idyllic. Nice, helpful staff.

  : Hotel in Beautiful surroundings. Spacious room with good bed to sleep in.
  : Dinner was a long wait (>1h) for a plaid with cold pasta and 2 shrimps. Also a long wait for the drinks, you better get them yourself. The room was besides the bed empty. No coffee in the room, no pen, not even a welcome drink after a long drive. In the morning they put unnoticed the bill under your breakfest plate .... Check-out nobody ask if the stay was pleasant, or wish a good journey.

  : The hotel certainly has a beautiful location with plenty of "wilderness" for an easy or day-long hike outdoors. The views were incredible. The outdoor infinity pool was a great and scenic way to cool down. The outdoor sauna was tucked away, making it feel private. Our private patio off the room was wonderful for relaxing in the sun without having to drag our things with us. We had plenty of towels, water, and bathrobes. The spa and wellness services were professional and a good value. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and doing a great job despite Corona difficulties. It is a shame despite all the positive, we still left disappointed.
  : For the price of this hotel we expected much much more and were sadly disappointed. Despite wonderful staff and great location, we left feeling that we had spent way too much for what we got. Both the facilities and the restaurant food need alot of improvement to be worth what is being charged. Many parts of the hotel just seem rundown and in great need of repair or renovation. Some corners look like work had been halfway finished and just left as they were. The carpets look thrity years old. One afternoon, the indoor pool was inexplicably drained so that we couldn't go for a swim. With the water low, we could see it was in desperate need of cleaning and tending to. Our room was sufficient, but cleanliness was not great. It wasn't until we ran a bath that we noticed the mold. Not a pleasant surprise to find. The attention to detail is lacking. Strange decor and even old pine roots and fake eggplants as the lobby mantle piece decoration? It all seemed a strange mash of randomness. The restaurant disappointed almost every evening we were there. We were excited for a five course meal included in our half-board. The salad bar was great but that's hard to mess up. One evening I couldn't even finish a second bite of fish - it was simply NOT good. And we are not particularly picky eaters. Most of the other courses were pretty mundane. The menu choices were also strange and did not fit well together. A ramen soba noodle soup with soy sauce followed by asparagus risotto??? It made no sense. We can't even remember everything we ate because it was such unremarkable food. And on top of it, the drinks (which weren't included) were unfairly priced for how much we were already spending on the room and meals. 10 0,2l glass of house wine is just the start. After two massages, and drinks and the room for three nights, we had spent 1000, and we asked ourselves for what? Next time, we would splurge elsewhere instead.
