  : Solid breakfast. Large clean room with a good size bed. Location was fine.
  : Very tired, with abandoned water features, inside and out. Numerous and horrible lounge furniture and a broken chiller unit next to reception. Never a receptionist around. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Shag pile carpet gave us allergies.

  : Very big room, nice interior, very big and comfortable beds, quiet (we had a room in one of the hotel buildings away from the main street, a few steps away from the main building)
  : No sink in the toilet, open shower in the room, without a door....breakfast ok, but could be improved (I think the juice was with added sugar....the cheese looked like it has been standing for a while...)

  : We loved the stunning location on a quiet local road on the bank of the Mosel with vineyards reaching up the hill behind. Our bedrooms were spacious with larger than usual bathrooms. The evening meal in the restaurant was well cooked, offered plenty of choice, both for food and wine, and we enjoyed some traditional German dishes. Service was attentive and unobtrusive. We stayed two nights so next day we enjoyed a 10km circular walk, in part through local forest but also with panoramic views of the autumn colours across the Mosel valley vineyards and on to Burg Arras where we enjoyed afternoon noon coffee and cake.
  : Nothing. However as a suggestion to the hotel: It would be really helpful to have available a local map of the nearby walks e.g. to Burg Arras as it is so worthwhile.

  : Wonderful panorama from all windows of the room, beautiful interior and garden, tasty with good variety and freshly cooked egg dishes. The staff was also very friendly, and the dinner was very delicious and not too pricy at all.
  : It is very difficult to write something here, but if we have to name something, then it would be the lack of a kettle in the room. But the staff was kind enough to prepare a cup of tea for us, so it is nothing major.

  : We were upgraded to Junior suit complimentary for my husbands bday really thankful but seems it was done half hearted. It was upgraded but all facilities were removed, we had small baby and they didnt even give kettle as It was removed which is even a basic service that every hotel provides to make tea/coffee or baby milk. Phone was not working in room as they said were crisis since hotel was booked full, no iron was offered that was strangest part as in all my basic stays so far its usually given. It seems staff did obligation on us by upgrading way services were denied which were even basic and we earlier asked for free cancellation due to corona fear as we had baby&I was pregnant too but at that time it was said cannot be done as hotel will be vacant since all rooms will be free. Thanks anyhow for upgrading even though was not very great stay bit below expectation!
