  : The overall place was wonderful to physically stay at. We had sweets on our beds when we entered, the beds we very comfortable and the overall room was clean and nice. The shower has shampoo, there is even a little stool to sit on to get your hair done + the hair drier and 3 cups for free use. Also the cleaning lady had the sweetest smile ever, she was very lovely and helpful when we needed advice on where to go.
  : The rude manager and staff (Aside from the cleaning lady who was very lovely) The 2 women in charge of things at the hotel had been extremely rude to us the moment we had arrived. Due to high traffic we had called ahead to let them know we wil be ariving late, to which we'd been told is alright. Once walking in, one of the women there at the top of the stairs was looking at us extremely mad and asked if "this is the time people arrive". Again, we apologized and tried to explain that there was traffic as well as having driven 1550km to get there to begin with. The woman ignored our apologies, and showed us our room before leaving back to sleep. The next morning, as we were never made aware of when breakfast was, we woke up slightly later as we were exhausted. This meant we were alone in the eating area, and when another woman walked over we apologized for arriving late once more. This woman also with a frustrated expression was saying that "it isn't okay to arrive at that hour", even though we were assured before hand over the phone. The service from these two women had made our stay quite awkward and frustrating, as these women were treating us so poorly. Please consider this before chosing the location.

  : Truly nice, clean, comfortable and charming hotel. Breakfast with very high quality products, all organic or local. Very good service. I would definitely go back there if I need to go back to Oberammergau.

  : Clean, big enough room. Good typical German breakfast. And easy to reach town center. Oberammergau is beautiful little town.
  : Privacy on ground level room was bad. As it was a ground level room, lots of people were walking and passing, with direct view inside. I was at one point changing my clothes, and two days I was staying inside for a couple of hours because of weather, so I didn't want to keep the curtains closed. This problem could have been easily corrected with specific covers.
