  : the customer service was horrible. the night we did the check in I was told that they had given us an upgrade with breakfast free of charge. the morning of the checkout we were charged for the breakfast separately and according to the gentleman his stupid polish colleague lied to us (those are his words). he yelled at me although I accepted paying the breakfast.

  : One member of the bar staff who was a racist and rude to me telling me that I could only sit at one of two tables, when I had happily sat on the bar stools the previous three nights.He wore glasses and had silver hair.Unfortunately for him, I speak almost fluent German, and I understood exactly what he said. " We don't want him sat at the bar tonight, he's from England"His young colleague,, who I knew from previous evenings, was clearly embarrassed by the racist remarks and explained that I had been there beforeHe then questioned whether I was a guest at the hotel and started raising his voice at me in front of the other guests, and pointing at me and using racist slurs and other bad language.I asked what the problem was, and he said that tonight it was too busy and he did not want me near to the bar area.At the time, there was myself and only two other people in the restaurant area.I sat at the bar and he continued to insult me and my country and made me feel very unwelcome and unwanted.He is very lucky to still be breathing and I resisted saying anything that would have made the situation worse for anyone there.During the course of around 90 minutes, no more than one other person came to the bar area which proved that his excuse was a fabrication and a complete lie.He is a racist and a fraudulent liar, and should be sacked by the manager.Utterly disgraceful and abhorrent behaviour,.Nothing but racism and lies.

  : The final price was different as promissed. The breakfast was on top +4x10 EUR and a child <13 for free means in Buergerhaus a price difference of 2 EUR, i.e. we paid 65 EUR per room and night for 2 persons without breakfast and 63 EUR per room and night for 1 adult and 1 child under 13. Booking should really have in each offer a clear separate price for the room, the breakfast and for the parking (if any). If price is included the price should be 0 in each summary of the offer. Everything else is cheating people.
