Policies

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 6 years old to 11 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 12 years old to 16 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Landhotel-Neunburg in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guest arriving using a satellite navigation system are asked to enter the following address in order to arrive at the correct location:
Ambergerstrasse 64, 92431 Neunburg vorm Wald.

Please note the reception opening times are as follows:
Mondays: 14:00 until 21:00
Tuesdays - Saturdays: 07:00 until 11:00 and 17:00 until 21:00
Sundays: 07:00 until 14:00

You must call the hotel in advance if you wish to check in at any other times. You will then receive a code for the key safe located in the telephone box beside the building.

Guests arriving on a Sunday are kindly asked to contact the property in advance in order to get the access code for the key box.

Kindly note that breakfast is not served on Mondays.
