  : First time at this location. The property has recently been renovated so it reflects all the coziness and good taste of its fellow properties in Munich. Set in a quiet yet central location easily reached by foot from the nearest S-Bahn station, this hotel provided a restful stay, delicious breakfast and easy access to the historic center of town. Also this hotel has excellent isolation so that corridor noise barely enters your room, nor do you hear any noise from neighboring rooms. This might have been a fluke but I have noticed this quality often at Motel One properties.

  : No tea or coffee amenities. The AC did not work for the entire 3 nights we were there and it was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel is quite old and could definitely use an upgrade.

  : The hotel location was great, walking distance to the city centre and historical sites. The hotel is modern and offers an inviting environment, it feels cosy and clean. The rooms are small and compact, but they provided anything I needed (small desk, comfortable chair, double bed, lots of pillows, hangers, air conditioning/heating, the bathroom was also small but had everything I needed to feel super comfortable. The rooms were super clean as well. The private parking was also easy to use. The TV channels offered are also OK. While most channels are German-speaking, a few are in English (mainly news). Next time I visit Munich, I won't hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
  : I stayed at the hotels on two different nights. The first night, I could watch some of the English-speaking channels (ex., CNN Int, etc.) in my room. The second night, I stayed in a different room and the channels I could watch in the previous room/night seemed to be off, not reaching the cable signal. It would be great to keep the same TV experience along the rooms.

  : We loved the hotel decoration, atmosphere and restaurant. Location was also superb as well as facilities in the room. A lot of attention to detail went into designing the rooms for maximum comfort. And the price for this all was more than fair.
  : There is nothing I can think of.

  : Clean, comfortable hotel. Walkable distance to U Bahn which take you to marienplatz in a few minutes. Friendly and helpful staff.
  : The parking lot was really dated and very tight at the entrance and exit. Be careful if you have a wide car or if your car has low ground clearing. You might have some troubles going in and out of the garage.
