  : The apartment was great, big comfortable bed, nice bed linen, good living area, internet good most of the time, walking distance to everything in Mittenwald, parking outside building, washing machine available in basement, dishwasher, cooktop, combo microwave/oven. We had a strange experience regarding communication while we were there, but the apartment itself was excellent.
  : The owners were away on the day we arrived and the nice neighbour let us in. The information book was only in German and we could not read it so did not know the basic things that were explained in the book. The owners came back on our 2nd day but due to a communication issue (I thought they would come to see us, they thought we would come to see them) there were things we didnt find out until we were leaving, like where to put the garbage, etc. There was a consistent smell of smoking in the foyer and stairwell, but not in the apartment.
