  : I was positively surprised by the room and hotel interior standard as it was very fresh and modern as well as well maintained. As the hotel is located in a very small village, off the tracks, I didn't have high expectations. However, the hotel can compete with any 3* hotel in a major city and beat them. It exceeded my expectations by miles. The breakfast was standard 3* hotel level, the only thing I missed was the possibility to get my own tea / coffee (you had to ask the staff for it). The bathroom was fully tiled and was equipped with an excellent towel dryer who easily fitted two bathroom towels without them overlapping each other. I like a relatively soft bed and this one was great. Even though the hotel was fully booked it was quiet in the night, the sound isolation was excellent, and you couldn't hear noises from either neighbouring rooms or the corridor. The rural location assured that there was no noises from the hotel vicinity either.
  : Just two small things: 1) In the room I would have liked dedicated glasses in the bathroom for your toothbrush etc. As it was now there was only one glass per person in the room so if both would have liked a glass on the bed side table and one for toothbrushing there wouldn't have been enough. However, I am sure that if I had asked the staff for an extra glass it would have been provided. But for a one night stay it felt like too much of a bother. 2) The toilet was placed facing the shower cabin so you would have to kind of "manoeuvrer" yourself onto the seat if you are tall and struggle with where to "put" your knees. If you have some mobility problems in legs or hips this might also cause an issue.

  : Beautiful older building, only a short drive to the lake.
  : Wifi only allowed for a few people at a time, and kept dropping.Additionally, the breakfast was 16 and had minimum selection, compared to what was shown in the pictures.

  : The overall ambience was really nice, the staff was friendly, and the service (and options) at the breakfast were really great.
  : The WiFi was not working most of the time and even then, several rooms had no coverage (the cellular reception was equally bad).
