  : The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Breakfast was very varied and good.
  : If you want to be real close to central Mainz it might not be your best option but if you're ok with walking around a bit it is a good one.

  : It was really close to the train station - so it was easy to catch a train and head to the airport.

  : We've stayed here every year we've been in Mainz since we discovered it. It is a great value for its location, comfort and facilities. It has a lively friendly feel when you walk in. They are also one of the few hotels we've stayed at (at any price) that has the water situation under control. Fast response to the controls. Hot water as needed and a decent sized bathroom. Thank you!
  : The staff needs to remember they are always on stage and in the spotlight regardless of whether they are aware of being watched or not. They have always treated us with courtesy when we've had dealings with them but sometimes, when as a guest waiting in the lobby...you could see their more inner emotions. If we weren't frequent guests it might have created a different feeling than our joy for staying there. I have not yet figured out how to stream my Netflix on the tv. I believe I can but haven't found instructions. I'll ask next time.
