WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Exklusive Reetdach-Villa Ostseefrische in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
Please note that an additional EUR 200 charge for electricity and water use will be payable upon arrival. This will be partially refunded, according to usage, upon departure.
