: Beautiful hotel in 19th century castle with amazing view on Mosel Valley. Excellent terrace restaurant and rich breakfast buffet.
: 1. The hotel staff said that due to technical problem the invoice for my stay for 6 persons will be sent directly to me within two days. After one week awaiting they refused and said that reservation portal should issue the invoice instead of the hotel. The reservation portal couldn't do it due to obvious reason. I have contacted hotel many times but there are no results. Finally I paid for 6 persons from my pocket as the hotel is not able to issue invoice for my company's accounting. I hadn't face such situation that the hotel has refused isuue an invoice as a service provider to the customer. 2. The hotel offers bikes free of charge but when I ask for reservation they sent invoice to be paid separately. The hotel staff is not aware of its own offer so I had to explain them. Finally they canceled the invoice for 6 bikes but this situation is not acceptable.

: Rarely have I been so enamored with a property. Majestic, grand and very impressive. The staff are amazing, welcoming. The interior is out of a fairytale castle. The spa is wonderful, breakfast top notch. Room is spacious, clean. All the amenities you can imagine are provided!
: Assuming the Puricelli restaurant is part of the hotel, this would be the only negative. On TripAdvisor it has a Michelin guide mention (not star!), so we were very excited to try their menu. We started with a drink on the terrace where the waiter told us the whole staff are very new (5 months). Unfortunately this showed in the food and service, which meant that it was grossly overpriced for the quality we received. Mind you, the staff were very friendly! But the food was subpar, bland and uninspired. Im judging this from a Michelin mention perspective, it just didnt live up. This was quite the disappointment to an otherwise perfect stay!

: It is an amazing hotel , very well located on the river Mosel. Very friendly staff, with the check in they serve you a glass of Sekt. The restaurant is classy with some adventures on the menu and a great selection of open Mosel wines. The spa and pool area - plus the gym are super clean and well equiped. You feel like a royal, the red carpet rolled out. Management is super organised and keeps the hotel smoothly running. All with all super comfy, lot of international guests, but still the germany hospitality is there.
: The art in the corridors are all reproductions and a bit painfull for the eyes. But it is the American way of decorating.
